MTMC’s “Business Consultancy”-Division provides specialized support for short term CEO-interim management, non-executive board director assignments as well as consultancy tasks in relation to crisis management, restructuring, streamlining and M&A. All consultancy tasks will be made available by means of complementary capacity for large projects but also as “stand-alone” activities on an individual basis.
MTMC is in alliance with a sizeable network of professionals and partner companies in various geographical locations. With our “building bridges” approach our clients will be pro-actively “connected” by us to utilize this network to the maximum extent possible for the benefit of their business.
